Leaving Love Notes On Windshields

Okay. I did not get to talk to the dentist last night. He was super back logged and I didn't feel like waiting for a half hour to an hour to talk to him for fifteen minutes. So I rescheduled for next Tuesday evening. Collin did get the rest of his deep cleanings done. The hygenist was thrilled with how well the other side is healing and is confident they will not have to do that again. I think he learned his lesson on the importance of his teeth.

He was still there when I got there, and since I was leaving well before him I left him a little love note on his windshield to let him know I had been there and left. I think it's a little sweeter than a text.

I am exhausted today. After running around after work yesterday, I then stayed up until 11:30pm which is rather late for me on a work night. "Why?" you ask. Because I wanted to watch 16 and Pregnant's new episode. I am horribly addicted to that show, even though it frequently pisses me off. Some of the kids on there I just want to smack up side the head. And, it has nothing to do with the fact they had a kid young, it's because some of there actions just baffle me. This is especially true with the young baby's-daddy; immature little em effers. Then I have to remind myself, "They are kids... Immature, inexperienced kids."

I could totally go home and curl up in bed and sleep right now. I need a nap, or coffee, or to work out, or something.

I wish it was Friday. I am ready for this weekend to be here. Saturday I am running errands, returning those ON flip flops finally, and going to ShopKo to get some flip flops that they have on sale (and they're the style I like!!!). The only thing with buying flip flops is that means I need to do my toes sometime in the near future in order to wear said flip flops with out my feet looking all bleh. Sunday I am going to pick up my brother and we are going to the coast to visit the family, and I am going to pop into town and have coffee with Kristina! I feel like I haven't seen her in forever... I think it's been almost a month now since I last saw her, and now that she is back in the same state as me that is just ridiculously long! Ha ha!

The truck is down below a quarter of a tank of gas, but I don't want to fill it up until Saturday so that it's as full as possible for all my Sunday driving. I might just go and put five bucks in if it gets much lower, but it's not like I have a crazy long commute to and from work.

Well, Collin may finally win the war. The past couple days I have had to put my wedding band on my middle finger because it keeps slipping off my ring finger (yesterday while I was in the office kitchen I was shaking out my hands and it went flying off and bouncing around the kitchen), and it would kill me if I lost it. I know everyone's first thought is, "Time to get it resized!" Easier said than done! It's a titanium band and cannot be resized, which means at some point in the future I am going to need a new wedding ring. The deal when we got engaged was that I got to pick my engagement ring ($10 at WalMart! We were only engaged for six months after all!) And he would pick out my wedding ring because he wanted me to have a diamond, even if it was a small one. Well, I won there too, and I ended up picking my wedding band. He graciously conceded the battle, but the war had just begun. He swore that eventually he would get me a diamond ring for my wedding ring, and if things keep going the way they are he will get to do that sooner than I had planned. Which is actually a good thing in every aspect of the situation, except for having to shell out money for a ring... No biggie though, it's not like it's a big rush thing we need to get done.

Now to go do some work research! Fun stuff!
