APRIL FOOLS BITCHES!
Sheesh... I am totally not ready for that... Too much to do first; well goals rather, that need to be achieved; and will be achieved in the next couple years!
As far as I know, this weekend I get to relax (which is code for I don't have to do anything, but I will probably end up cleaning). I do need to think about going through my clothes and Goodwill-ing all the stuff I will most likely never wear again... This is a good method for making room for new clothes! Okay... Okay, not really. I am not going out and blowing my money on new clothes that I don't plan on being able to fit into in a few months (because I am working towards another goal).
This last weekend, I spent Saturday with my mom... That was fun. I had my fill of her for a couple months I think. I love my mom dearly, but she can only be taken in small spaced out doses. I spent about eight hours with her. We went to Portland for a reception for her best friend's daughter. It was interesting. Just about everyone was schnockered or otherwise impaired... Not too awesome for sober people... But it was good to see a bunch of people from when I was a little kid. I didn't remember most of them, but oh well.
Next Tuesday I get to go meet with the dentist after work and go over my treatment plan and what is a priority. The first dentist I saw for my exam really didn't go over that with me, and since I don't have any pain I really don't know where to start. I know I need a lot done and only some of it will be done this year (since I am really wanting to get my front teeth fixed this year) but what? I will be talking with Collin's dentist and I think he will be able to give me a more clear and concise explanation about what needs to be done first and why. Then I can schedule an appointment to get what ever is the biggest priority done first, and go from there.
This post is kind of boring... Since I am at work I am having a hard time really focusing on it. I should post at home more since that seems to be when all the hilarious stuff comes flowing out of me like snot out of a toddler's nose. Work lately has been work.
It always seems to be a roller coaster ride here; one day (or week) is awesome and the next blows chunks all over the place. The most pleasing and exciting thing to happen so far the last two weeks is that the shitty ass copier went out, and they are replacing it with one that is less than ten years old. Yay for technological advancement! It will be the newest piece of hardware in this office (other than the flat screen monitor I brought in two years ago)... That's actually quite sad... But I like the new copier (right now we have a loaner until our is shipped in but it's the same as what we will be getting permanently).
Have faith, I feel the edges of a creative high building... I think you all will be in for a laugh in the next couple days from me. Now off to make with the being a productive member of my office team! GO ME!
